Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, utilizing therapeutic communication and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Identify nursing problems and develop individualized patient care plans, incorporating an interdisciplinary approach.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the achievement of hospital goals and objectives.
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities, making staff assignments and serving as a clinical resource for the team.
Requirements
  • Current licensure with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
  • 1 year of RN experience.
