Movie Theatre Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Movie Theatre Cashier. As a key member of our concession stand team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience at the box office and concession stand.

• Concession Stand Operations: Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support each other in times of need.
• Regal Entertainment Standards: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including dress code, attendance, and performance expectations.

• Education/Experience: Completion of a cast certification program as a cast member and/or box office cashier, or progress towards completion.
• Language Ability: Possess good public speaking, listening, and communication skills.
• Math Ability: Perform calculations with speed and accuracy, and identify and correct errors.
• Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, and take action to resolve issues.
• Personal Skills: Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee may occasionally be required to lift up to 60 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
