  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets for our wireless, home services, and CSB lines of business while maintaining high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming chats in a timely and professional manner, providing a seamless and easy-to-use experience for our customers while driving incremental sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of our internal products, features, and services, as well as our competitors' offerings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our digital journeys, processes, and experiences, and make recommendations to management for enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the chat sales management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of business or related work experience in customer service, preferably in sales.
  • Skills: Strong reading and writing comprehension skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and chats simultaneously, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
