Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Texas Injection Molding. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machines and equipment to produce high-quality products, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality requirements are met, and make necessary adjustments to maintain production standards.
  • Assist at other workstations as needed to support production goals and team objectives.
  • Responsible for accurate production reporting, including tracking good and bad parts, downtime, and other key performance indicators.
  • Package products according to company procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • High School Education or equivalent required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret company forms and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
