Essential Qualifications:

• Knowledge of current practices in medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within the specialty.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and administrative personnel.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including dependability, self-confidence, compassion, professionalism, and adaptability.
• Capability to mentor and train clinical staff and students in the area of expertise.
• Commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and infection control standards.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, which may include residency in a directly related medical specialty.
