Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients/residents to develop tailored care plans.
  • Implement direct treatment strategies in accordance with established care protocols.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide training and guidance to caregiver staff and supervise therapy assistants and students.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Maintain appropriate state licensing requirements.
  • Preferred: Two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Key Duties:

  • Screen and evaluate patients/residents to determine their rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
  • Engage in administrative tasks related to patient care and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute to clinical decision-making.
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
