Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the CCU/STP Down unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Meet the physical and mental demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting patients as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure in the State of Michigan.
  • CPR certification within three months of employment.
  • ACLS certification within six months of hire.
  • Successful completion of medication competency test within two months of employment.
