Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity

Outer Banks Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, in partnership with ECU Health Physicians, is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established practice in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.

  • Opportunity to work with a well-established orthopedic practice, inclusive of 3 orthopedic surgeons
  • Outpatient only clinical responsibilities, with a focus on orthopedic patient care

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluations and management of orthopedic patients
  • Formulation of treatment plans for orthopedic problems
  • Performance of procedures, as needed
  • Rotating call with an orthopedic surgeon on dedicated days
Requirements
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
