Role Summary:
The Senior Client Relationship Manager is an integral member of Huntington Bancshares Inc.'s Private Client Division, tasked with nurturing, servicing, and enhancing connections with a portfolio of moderately complex Wealth and Investment Management clients who do not require fiduciary services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and cultivates relationships with both existing and prospective clients, coordinating the engagement of additional specialists to meet client needs, with a strong emphasis on facilitating introductions to Private Banking to foster Primary Banking Relationships.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to ensure the retention of client relationships.
- Serves as a pivotal OCR position, fostering robust relationships across various business sectors.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of essential compliance and regulatory standards.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Note: This role is classified as a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act, necessitating registration and further qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management
- Possession of Series 7, 66, and Life/Health Licenses
