Speech-Language Pathologist Position in Reading, MA

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at a school district near Reading, MA. This role involves working with a high school caseload and spans the entire school year. The position offers 35 hours per week, providing comprehensive speech and language services to students.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in high school students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school-based meetings.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start date.
  • Experience working with high school students is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
