We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pet Specialists of Austin. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide top-notch customer service by being attentive to client and pet needs, answering phones, and proactively scheduling appointments.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed, utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/patient information and update medical records.
- Administrative Tasks: Process client payments and invoices, follow up on additional or missing payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure seamless client service and efficient patient flow.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital setting.
- Skills: Team player, self-driven accountability for learning, positive attitude, patience, conflict resolution skills, and quality client service skills.
- Availability: Evenings/Weekend/Holiday availability, including both Saturday and Sunday.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, matching 401(k), paid parental leave, holiday pay incentives, and generous pet discounts.
