Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Dublin Community Recreation Center. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, enforcing class sign-in policies, and providing support to participants. If you have a passion for fitness and enjoy working with others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

Lead group exercise classes in a variety of formats
Enforce class sign-in policies and ensure participant safety
Provide support and information to participants
Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Maintain certification and continuing education requirements

Requirements

Current certification through a nationally recognized fitness organization
Possession of industry certification (ACE, AFFA, ACSM)
Current certification in American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Ability to effectively communicate with the public
At least one year of experience in leading group exercise classes
