Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly driven and talented Structural Engineer to join our Bridge Design Practice team in DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bridge design projects, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridge design and engineering, with experience in managing large-scale projects and leading teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering leading-edge bridge projects
  • Managing bridge design projects, including multiple-span, steel or concrete bridge engineering, design and/or rehabilitation
  • Leading a team of engineers and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, engineers, and contractors

The successful candidate will be an effective leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong background in bridge design and engineering, with experience in managing large-scale projects and leading teams.
