Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering a unique shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Represent Lovesac on social media platforms, showcasing features and benefits of our products
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved and enhance all aspects of customer service
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Self-motivated and driven to sell
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and make effective decisions
  • Accountable and responsible for actions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, including iPad, laptop, POS systems, etc.
  • Compliance with Lovesac's Employee Handbook and policies
  • Ability to work in an office environment and regularly report to work at Corporate Headquarters or designated touchpoint
  • Ability to use and operate all equipment as required, including iPad, laptop, etc.
  • Ability to travel, as required by the Company, for occasional meetings and conferences
