  4. Develop Telemetry Dashboards: Design and develop telemetry dashboards to monitor and visualize developer activities and system performance.
  5. Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to understand their needs and provide actionable insights through data analytics.
  6. Ensure Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards and practices.
  7. Optimize Data Retrieval: Optimize data retrieval and develop dashboards for performance monitoring.
  8. Establish Data Governance: Collaborate with IT and security teams to establish robust data governance and security policies.
  9. Document Procedures: Document all data engineering procedures and solutions for maintenance and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on ETL development.
  3. AWS Cloud Services: Proficiency with AWS cloud services, particularly Redshift and S3.
  4. Telemetry Dashboards: Experience in building telemetry dashboards using tools like Power BI, or similar.
  5. SQL and Programming Languages: Strong understanding of SQL including optimization techniques and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  6. Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Real-Time Data Processing: Experience with real-time data processing frameworks like Apache Kafka or Spark Streaming.
  2. DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  3. AWS Data Technologies: Certification in AWS data technologies or similar.
