Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties safely and productively, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all personnel, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
  • Perform physical labor, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
  • Assist with manual operations at heavy highway construction sites, including demolitions, removing trees and debris, and participating in traffic control.
  • Operate tools and various machines, as required.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of construction work and practices.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work day shifts and night shifts, with varying schedules according to project demands.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
