Job Opportunity

CTR Group is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Specialist to support a US Navy Program in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD software and a strong understanding of shipboard mechanical, electrical, and structural design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed ship checks to assess ship system conditions
  • Develop and modify AutoCAD drawing products
  • Perform technical reviews of ship information packages
  • Review Ship Change Documents and Ship Installation Drawings

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with credits in algebra, plane geometry, and drafting
  • Formal training in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD
  • 2-3 years of experience in shipboard design or a related field
  • Strong communication and PC skills
