We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Morgan Properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues, ensuring properties meet both company expectations and local regulations, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

As a Multifamily Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing various maintenance issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Ensuring property quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Responding to maintenance tickets and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborating with residents and your team to maintain smooth communication and ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
