Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse - Operating Room to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Travel Nurse RN - OR, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
