Culinary Specialist

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

• Prepare and cook food items to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including refrigerators and storerooms, to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
