Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse. The successful candidate will provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR Certification
- Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
