Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Wire Harness Technician to join our team in Westfield, Indiana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining wire harness machinery, performing monthly calibration of applicator equipment, and maintaining tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain wire harness machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform monthly calibration of applicator equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Maintain tooling to ensure efficient production
  • Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Repair machines and handle incoming work orders
Requirements
  • Mechanical ability and electrical knowledge
  • Learning mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on work experience and ability to work with electronics
Work Environment

Aerotek offers a fully on-site position in a clean and well-maintained facility with a team-oriented environment. Our employees enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks throughout the day.
