Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and perform internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure the integrity of our clients' financial systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address audit findings, and implement corrective actions to improve internal controls.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on audit and compliance matters, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and maintain a strong control environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the audit process.
Requirements:
  • CPA or CIA certification is required, with a strong background in audit and compliance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on internal audit and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex audit and compliance issues.
