Position Overview

Role Summary:

  • Execute the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Identify and rectify issues using hand tools and electrical diagrams.
  • Perform routine maintenance, site evaluations, and system modifications.
  • Engage directly with clients to offer technical assistance and support.
  • Oversee and mentor HVAC Field Technician Apprentices.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a 06A or 06B License in Washington State.
  • Certification from the EPA.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
