Parts Associate

About the Role:
The Parts Associate is a vital member of our team at Great Dane, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our branch retail trailer parts and accessory business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate parts and accessory sales to branch customers via phone and in-person interactions.
- Order and manage inventory, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation of parts ordering and delivery processes.
- Provide safe and efficient driving of company vehicles, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
- Offer excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and vendors to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Requirements:

- Functional Technical Skills: Possesses the necessary technical knowledge and skills to perform the job at a high level of accomplishment.
- Ability to work with hands, perform data entry, and use power tools, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist with installs of various trailer parts.
- Valid Driver's License and a favorable background screening, physical, and drug screening, with proof of work authorization in the United States.
