We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at KT-ABA LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing science-based behavioral intervention services to children and families in the comfort of their own homes.

Your Role as a BCBA:

As a BCBA at KT-ABA LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support, training, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on caseloads.
  • Collaborating with parents, teachers, and staff to conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic services.
  • Performing functional assessments of behavior and developing behavior intervention plans for target students and clients.
  • Developing data collection systems, reviewing behavior data, and analyzing results to ensure effectiveness of interventions.
  • Providing training to caregivers and collecting data on competency with implementation of plan components.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful as a BCBA at KT-ABA LLC, you must possess:

  • A master's degree in Psychology, Education, or Behavior Analysis.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • At least one year of experience completing comprehensive functional assessments and behavior support plans, with two years of experience serving individuals with lifelong disabilities preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with parents and staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to ensure contextual fit of treatment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $62-$70 per hour (1099) and $58-$65 per hour (W-2), depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.
