Job Summary
We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our Brasserie team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware, and glassware. You will also provide support to our Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers, and maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Operating all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Washing dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, free of debris and water
• Restocking supplies and stock deliveries in a timely and safe manner
• Removing trash and debris from the restaurant regularly
• Assisting other restaurant personnel with tasks as needed
Requirements
We're looking for someone with prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry. You should also have a Food Handler Certification (if applicable) and be able to follow verbal instructions and training with minimal supervision. A flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also a must.
