Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the State of Colorado or current RN compact license from another state.
- Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- 1-2 years of acute care experience, preferably in emergency nursing.
