Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing advanced support as needed to ensure seamless operation of cloud-based systems.
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop tools and scripts to minimize errors and enhance the overall customer experience, and create scripts to automate tasks and improve visualization capabilities.
  • Security and Compliance: Establish and maintain appropriate security measures across cloud-based systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Thoroughly document processes, systems, and procedures, and share knowledge with team members to ensure a high level of expertise within the team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters, with a strong focus on cloud platforms such as AWS and EKS.
  • Skills: Proficiency with open-source metrics and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and AlertManager, as well as hands-on experience with GitOps workflows using tools like Flux or ArgoCD.
  • Tools and Technologies: Advanced skills in Terraform for infrastructure management, expertise with Kubernetes tools such as Kubectl, Kustomize, YAML, and Helm Charts, and experience in maintaining Linux or Unix-based systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
