About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Palm Careers LLC. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing, verifying, and reporting laboratory tests, as well as supervising and verifying the work of non-licensed personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and verify laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Supervise and verify the work of Lab Technical Aides, Lab Assistants, and student technologists
  • Provide education and training to staff and students as needed
Requirements
  • Education: CA-approved equivalency of CLS or higher
  • Licensure/Certification: CA state CLS license
  • Preferred qualifications: BS degree, 12-month internship at a school of medical technology, ASCP or equivalent certification, McKesson LIS experience
