The Registered Nurse / RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients. The Registered Nurse / RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient's experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct high-quality and patient-focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control.
- Coordinate patient care based on the nursing process.
- Provide total nursing care to all patients.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Certifications: Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida, American Heart Association BLS certification.
- For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
