Prestige Care Center of Fort Collins is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, Director of Nurse, and Nurse management, you will perform various direct patient care assignments pertaining to activities of daily living to assist in the care of patients. These duties will be performed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with transferring patients, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nurse.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current Certified Nurses Aide license in the state of Colorado.
  • Service-oriented, with a positive, enthusiastic, empathetic, and respectful demeanor.
  • Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities.
