We are seeking a qualified individual to contribute to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate in-process production and final products by verifying specifications and conducting visual and measurement assessments.
  • Record inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and logs, summarizing rework and waste, and entering data into the quality management system.
  • Perform gage calibration utilizing GageTrak software.
  • Program and operate CMM and Vision Inspection systems (OGP Smart Scope).
  • Conduct PPAP, APQP, process capability studies, and gage R&R.
  • Support project managers with the PPAP submission process.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, including 5S audits.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to established standards and legal regulations.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Design gages and QA fixtures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report research findings.
  • Proficient documentation skills that foster process enhancement.
  • Understanding of manufacturing methodologies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with metal stamping processes is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
