Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Investment Property Group (IPG). As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties.

• Maintain common areas, including landscaping, and ensure they are clean and well-maintained
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as mowing, weed-eating, and removing green waste debris
• Empty trash, dust, and perform general cleaning tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers, and vendors
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and priorities

• Previous experience in light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical, and meter reads
• Knowledge of proper use of janitorial and landscaping tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $23 per hour
