This full-time position requires a reliable and personable individual who can build lasting relationships with our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for helping our customers find the perfect products, answering their questions, and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.

Sports Warehouse, Inc. is a leading e-commerce company that specializes in sports and recreational products. With a wide range of products available, we cater to enthusiasts of various sports, including tennis, pickleball, running, bass fishing, equestrian sports, ice and roller hockey, inline skating, roller derby, and skateboarding.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for people and problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software applications, you should also be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions and helping them find the perfect products
  • Maintain store inventory and presentation via stocking, merchandising, and cleaning
  • Support fellow co-workers during busy times and function as part of a team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software applications
Salary and Benefits
