Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to gather essential case information.
  • Manage all pre-litigation aspects of personal injury cases, ensuring thorough oversight from intake to resolution.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Collect and compile necessary evidence and documentation for each case.
  • Investigate liability by obtaining witness statements and relevant photographic evidence.
  • Coordinate medical treatment and gather pertinent medical records.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on their case status through various channels.
  • Assist clients in scheduling and reminding them of medical appointments.
  • Guide clients through the healthcare system to ensure they receive the necessary treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in case management, particularly in the field of personal injury law.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a dynamic environment, with a strong adaptability to change.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, showcasing genuine empathy and compassion towards clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for extensive client interaction.
  • Proven ability to follow through on multiple deadlines effectively.
