Investment Custody Analyst

Position Overview: We are in search of a Custody Operations Associate to join our esteemed team at Phaxis.

This role offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the settlement of both domestic and international custody transactions.
  • Managing cash transactions for clients alongside the Foreign Exchange Department.
  • Conducting research and generating reports on trade discrepancies and unmatched transactions.
  • Overseeing income events, including dividends and interest disbursements.
  • Reconciling securities and cash balances.
  • Proficient in SWIFT for trade and cash management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of operational experience in custody, corporate actions, trade processing, or middle office functions.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
