Salary and Benefits:
Competitive compensation package including a guaranteed $2,000-$2,150 net take-home pay per week (after tax), plus additional benefits such as 100% medical and dental coverage from day one, a housing stipend, meals and incidentals, weekly pay schedule with direct deposit, and a $1,200 continuing education assistance package.
About the Role:
This dynamic role involves working as a Mobility Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic sports medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, be state-licensed, and possess at least one year of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings. New graduates with clinical experience in outpatient settings may also be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized therapy sessions to patients. A typical shift will involve treating approximately 50-55 patients per week, with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments.
Requirements:
Key qualifications include a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, state licensure, and at least one year of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings. Current CPR certification is also required.
