We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare Home Care. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or mobility issues due to injury, disease, or surgery
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises, stretching, and manual therapy to improve patient mobility and manage pain
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state associated with this position
  • Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
  • Reliable transportation to and from care sites and/or work locations
  • One year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist in a home health or similar setting
