Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and monitoring of clients
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and provide education to clients on medication management
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients by implementing Universal Precautions
- Facilitate health education groups and provide individual counseling as needed
- Monitor clients for clinical signs and symptoms and follow prescribed treatment protocols
- Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky
- 2 or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a substance abuse treatment setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
