As a Technical Facility Maintenance Lead at Round1, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly. You'll be responsible for the upkeep of our bowling equipment, amusement arcade games, and Spo-Cha (where applicable) installations. Your expertise will contribute to creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Effectively delegate tasks to your team members based on the needs of the facility, including bowling, arcade, and Spo-Cha areas. Ensure all assigned work is completed thoroughly.
  • Maintenance Expertise: Assist in servicing and maintaining our diverse range of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and guest satisfaction. This includes bowling lanes, pinsetters, oiling machines, arcade games, and Spo-Cha installations.
  • Problem Solving: Respond promptly to customer complaints regarding malfunctioning equipment. Analyze the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Technical Training: Train other mechanics on safety procedures, operational standards for all equipment, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks on all facility equipment, including bowling, amusement, and Spo-Cha related items.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout all maintenance activities.
Your Qualifications:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing amusement park or entertainment center equipment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
