Our client, a reputable hospital in the New York area, is seeking an experienced Thoracic Surgeon to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity that will allow you to focus on chest surgery without the burden of cardiac cases.

About the Role
This is a replacement position for a retiring physician, offering a stable and secure environment for you to practice your craft. As a Thoracic Surgeon at our client's hospital, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures using Video-assisted surgery and DaVinci Robot technology
- Collaborate with Critical Care Physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements
- Board Certification in General Surgery with a focus on Thoracic Surgery
- Proven experience in minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
