Job Description

Consultants for Children, Inc. is a unique, client-centered company that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one ABA intervention programs to children in various settings
  • Collect data on the child's behavior and progress
  • Teach the child specific behavior skills as outlined in the treatment plan
  • Attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements:

  • Already possess a RBT credential with the BACB
  • Clean background check
  • High levels of professionalism, including no insubordination on or off the job
  • Ability to travel for training and reliable transportation to and from work sites

Salary Range:

$20.50-$25.99 per hour, based on experience
