At AutoZone, we're looking for a skilled Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and providing a WOW customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
  • Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to PPE guidelines
  • Ensure store appearance and merchandising standards are met
  • Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Utilize ZNET to assist customers with product location and recommendations
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and AutoZone systems
  • Diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions
  • Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
