Poultry Science Liaison

Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between Pilgrim's and growers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor husbandry practices and provide recommendations to growers to optimize bird health and productivity.
- Track and analyze bird mortality rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage feed tank inventories and order feed as needed to maintain optimal levels.
- May schedule and train other employees to ensure seamless operations.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in poultry science or a related field.
- Greater than 2 up to 5 years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
- Current driver's license and good driving record.
