Computational Biologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Biologist to join our team at Stanford University. As a key member of our research group, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting large-scale genomic data to advance our understanding of human disease.

• Design and implement computational pipelines for genomic data analysis
• Develop and apply machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and relationships in genomic data
• Collaborate with experimentalists to integrate genomic data with experimental results
• Communicate research findings through publications and presentations

• Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or C++
• Experience with genomic data analysis and machine learning algorithms
