Job Overview

Mastech Digital is seeking a skilled Calibration Specialist to provide calibration support to our cGMP manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Maximo and be able to assist in the creation of new asset, engineering, and calibration data sheet templates, job plans, preventive maintenance, and work order generation.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoice reconciliation in SAP Ariba.
  • Support project coordination and organization for installation of new equipment.
  • Work with the team on continuous improvement initiatives specific to inventory, asset, and vendor management.
  • Perform onsite calibrations and manage outside vendors for onsite and offsite work.
  • Ensure site compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience with Maximo and cGMP manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to perform onsite calibrations and manage outside vendors.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
