Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a positive shopping experience for our customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to help them find the products they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to help them find the products they need.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Inventory
    • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise shipments.
  • Operations
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and processing credit card transactions.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

    • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals and customer needs.
  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and move around the store. The employee must be able to lift and carry merchandise up to 40 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment as needed.
