Job Summary:The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiac catheterization lab. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular ICU, CVICU, or ER setting.
- Preferred experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
