Overnight Weekend Advocate

About the Role

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist guests with their shopping needs, including answering questions and providing product information.
• Operate a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock supplies and merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and returns, maintaining a compliance culture while executing those duties.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 44 pounds, without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
